How can I get my own Digistal Website?

I have filled and sent the subsciption form, how soon can it be processed?
As soon as we receive your subscription form and your logo, Dreamclic will show you the template of your future digistal website which graphics will be designed to match your needs.

How long will it take for my Digistal Website to be set and ready to go?
The process of setting your website will start when your payment has been received, when the templates are approved and when we have all the documents for the contents of your website at hand. From that moment, it shouldn’t take any longer than 8 days.

Can I cancel my order for a Digistal Website after having completed and sent the subscription form?
You can cancel your order until the time when Dreamclic starts realising your Digistal Website.

Questions about the System digiStal:

I already have my own internet website but I am interested in the Digistal System. Do I have to have another website made from scratch to benefit from Digistal?
No you don’t, Digistal is also suitable for individuals or businesses that already own their own website. We will integrate your existing website to the new one and will adapt your graphic design accordingly.

I would like to have my website translated in another language, can you help with this?
If you cannot provide us with your translations, we will offer you the services of our specialised translation experts.

I do not have my own logo and/or my photos have a bad resolution. Who can help me with this?
Your team offers (as an option) the conception of a graphic charter that fits your image. We can also process all the necessary photos and videos to be included in your website.

Will my clients be able to view my videos with a low speed connection?
Yes of course they will! If your clients own a standard modem, they will be able to download your videos and play them on their own computer. Downloading should not exceed 30 minutes which is a huge gain of time as opposed to sending your old VHS videos. The picture quality will be identical to the one downloaded with the high speed connection.

Can I choose any domain name for my website?
You are free to choose any domain name for your website as long as the name is available. If it isn’t, you will have to purchase another domain name of your choice.

How can I modify the data on my website?
Once your Digistal solution is ready to go, you will receive a username and password allowing you to add, modify or delete the existing data on the dynamic webpages of your website (such as the catalogue of horses, your news module..). Using your username and password, you will be able to get connected to your secure administrative interface and do all these modifications easily.

Can I change the password to access the secure administrative page of my website?
You cannot do this by yourself. Only the Dreamclic Company can modify your username and password to access your space. If you wish to modify them, ask our team at Dreamclic and they will do it for you.

Who can I ask for help about my Digistal Website?
The Dreamclic team is there to help you, for the duration of your subscription with us. Feel free to send us an email about your problems at support@digistal.com. We commit to give you a reply within 24 hours (on business days) whether it is by mail or on the phone.

Questions about the Subscription ofdigiStal:

Can I cancel my subscription at any time or is there a time commitment?
You do not have any time commitment when you subscribe to the Digistal formulas. You can cancel yor subscription at any time but to take this into account, we have to receive your cancellation before the 20th of the current calendar month. If any later, your cancellation will take effect the following month.

How do I pay my monthly fees?
Each month, you will receive an invoice from Dreamclic, to notify you that your payment has been received. The monthly fee corresponding to your chosen Digistal Formula is payable before the 5th of each month. The sum mentioned on your subscription form will be debited to your bank card or directly to your bank account (which details you would have provided us with).

Which mode of payment can I use to pay for my monthly fees?
You may pay off your first invoice by bank card or by cheque. The monthly fees related to your Digistal formula can only be paid by bank card of direct debit to your account.
